At Kalachuchi Street Wear, we want you to love your gear. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
We offer refunds or replacements for:
- Items sent incorrectly
- Damaged or defective products
How to request one: Email us at support@kalachuchistreetwear.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a short description of the issue, and a photo if possible. We’ll reply within 3 business days.
Please note: We’re unable to offer refunds for change of mind or sizing issues, but reach out and we’ll do our best to help.
Care tip: Following the washing instructions included with your order will keep your gear looking great for years.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes won’t affect orders already placed.
